We're looking for a driven Estimator/Project Manager to take on a vital role in our team. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales, Estimating, and Project Management position include:

5+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction
Knowledge of homebuilding and structural principles
Clean driving record and vehicle
Willingness to train in sales aspects
Managing project timelines and budgets
Estimating project costs
Overseeing stucco and plastering projects (training provided)
Ensuring customer satisfaction with high-end clients

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers 2 weeks PTO, monetary compensation in lieu of benefits, and relocation assistance.
