DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture a plus.
• A passion for preconstruction services within the construction industry.
• The ability to interact with subcontractors and provide them with scope of work and feedback.
• Recent experience Surveying and Quantifying materials/assemblies from drawings.
• Experience with construction estimating and take-off software.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

• An established General Contracting firm specializing in projects up to $50 million for local, state and federal municipalities, including ground up and renovation/additions.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of up to $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
• Comprehensive benefits package to include health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) and paid time off (PTO).
