Job Overview

We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Duties

• Visit construction sites during bid phase to complete pre-bid surveys for bidding

• Create RFQ’s/RFP’s to invite subs to bid on projects

• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate estimates

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Architects to understand project requirements

• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing

• Utilize Construction in-house estimating software to create detailed cost breakdowns

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial Ground Up and TI Construction Estimating

• Strong knowledge of Construction principles and practices

• Ability to interpret construction documents

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent organization skills
