Job Title: Estimator
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 (Based on Experience)

We are a well-established Commercial General Contractor seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.

Analyze project plans and specifications to identify scope and requirements.

Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather pricing information.

Review and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.

Maintain relationships with vendors and industry contacts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction.

Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
