Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Construction Estimator Include:

• Proficient with construction estimating software such as Bluebeam and ProEst.
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure precision in estimates.
• Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers health insurance, 401(k) with a 3% match, performance and end-of-year bonuses, profit-sharing annually, paid time off after six months.
