**Job Description**
AECOM Hunt has a need for a Construction Estimator in our Dallas, TX office. Come join our team of construction professionals and help to deliver a better world.
+ Works with the Company estimating systems and processes.
+ Acquire basic level of understanding of estimating terminology, measures, concepts and principles for preparing estimates.
+ Recognizes how various processes/project actions and assumptions may impact estimates.
+ Under supervision prepares bid packages, conceptual estimates and analysis of subcontractor bids, etc. for projects.
+ Performs duties with limited complexity under direct supervision, such as material take offs, compilation of historical data, etc.
+ Expected to assist in the preparation of larger and more complex estimating assignments including the Estimate Plan.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirement:**
+ BA/BS Construction Management, Engineering, Finance or related curriculum and 2 years of construction estimating experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
**Preferred Requirements:**
+ 2-5 years of construction estimating experience from a large general contractor.
+ Experience estimating construction projects in:
+ aviation
+ life sciences
+ higher education
+ sports/stadium
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Proficiency in Estimating Software such as On-Screen Takeoff.
**Additional Information**
+ This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.

+ This position may include relocation.
+ This position is not hybrid nor remote.
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $62,895.00 - $116,356.00.
