Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:

2+ years of general construction estimating experience; familiarity with fuel storage or service stations is a plus.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, perform quantity take-offs, and develop conceptual estimates with preliminary designs.
Manage subcontractor RFP processes, qualify and level bids, and create trade-specific scopes and bid packages.
Draft critical path job schedules and ensure estimates maintain quality, accuracy, and integrity.
Stay organized and detail-oriented, handling multiple tasks with professionalism and meeting aggressive deadlines when required.
Collaborate effectively with the team, showing leadership and ownership of assigned work.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Proficiency with estimating tools and software like Procore, Bluebeam, and Google Notes is preferred.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus end-of-year bonuses.
