In this leadership role, you'll manage large-scale residential developments from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional quality, adherence to timelines, and budgetary control. • Oversee and manage all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Lead a team of project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, including permitting and inspections.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to refine designs and resolve issues.
• Monitor project performance, implement improvements, and manage risks proactively.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams to ensure professional growth and development.
• Leverage technology and tools to streamline construction processes and reporting.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership, stakeholders, and clients.

• Active CSLB Class B License required (or should be willing to get one).
• 10+ years of experience in Single Family Home development and construction.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with construction management software and technology tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to team collaboration.
