Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 (+) years of Construction Defect Defense Litigation AND/OR 5 (+) years of Commercial Litigation experience
- Experience preparing pleadings & discoveries (associated with construction defect cases/Commercial litigation)
- The ideal candidate will have experience in handling hearings and depositions without extensive supervision
- Excellent Academic Credentials
