Bayside Dredging, LLC was founded on June 2, 2022. Bayside Dredging owners have over 60+ years of experience in the hydraulic and mechanical dredging industry and engineering/permitting services. We are licensed, insured and bondable (5M+), certified general contractors. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION CREW MEMBER (IN-WATER DREDGER)

In this In-Water Dredging position, you play a crucial role in the important day-to-day operations of our company! Each day, you arrive at work ready to provide crucial team support preparing construction sites, reviewing documents and plans, performing work as shown on the contract drawings. We are committed to keeping our employees safe and strictly enforce all safety rules, regulations and permit conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN BAYSIDE DREDGING CONSTRUCTION CREW MEMBER (IN-WATER DREDGER)

• Able to work 40 hours per week +
• Have a valid driver's license
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Marine construction experience a plus
• MUST be able to swim - Comfortable working in the water, usually, 6ft of depth or less

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CONSTRUCTION CREW MEMBER (IN-WATER DREDGER) (work schedules may vary from time to time depending on scheduling of project)

This full-time position works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (plus overtime when necessary to include some Saturdays).
