Construction Contract Administrator - Davron LLC

Exciting Opportunity! Join a growing, award-winning national architecture firm as a Construction Contract Administrator in our Raleigh office. With over 47 years of industry experience, we specialize in public sector projects, including K-12 schools, higher education, and faith-based institutions. This role offers the perfect blend of fieldwork and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to make a significant impact while collaborating with our Principals and project teams.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Contract Administrator position include:

• 15-25 years of professional experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with construction documents, contracts, codes, and methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bluebeam proficiency is crucial; knowledge of Revit and CAD is a plus.
• Licensed architect preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel within North and South Carolina, with mostly local projects and minimal overnight trips.
• Comfortable with on-site work, including wearing hard hats and boots, and discussing issues with contractors and clients.
• Administrative duties such as handling change orders.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an annual year-end bonus based on performance.
