Construction Building Inspector III: In addition to the qualifications for the Construction building inspector III Four (4) full-time years of commercial building inspection experience with a public agency inspecting all of the major trade fields (carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing). Including experience providing
technical supervision to lower-level staff. Or Eight (8) full-time years of responsible and relevant journey-level experience in either one of the major trade fields or in the performance of a wide variety of building trades work performed in conformance with commercial building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes. MUST come with ICC Certs
