I am working with a dynamic law firm in Houston, TX, specializing exclusively in the realm of construction law. This distinctive position melds transactional and litigation proficiencies to deliver comprehensive legal support to clients within the construction sector. From negotiating contracts to resolving disputes, you will have a central role in their achievements.
Responsibilities:
Engage in close collaboration with clients in the construction industry, furnishing them with legal guidance. Manage contract negotiations, oversee risk mitigation, and aid in project strategizing. Take the lead in dispute resolution, encompassing mediation, arbitration, and, when necessary, litigation. Formulate customized legal strategies aligned with the business objectives of our clients. Develop budgets and project timelines to attain client goals. If you have a portable book of businss worth more than $200K I encourage you to apply!
Skills and Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in TX
- 2-10 years of experience in construction law
- Strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Adaptability and the capacity to excel both independently and in a fast-paced setting
