Job Title: Construction Attorney

A prestigious law firm in Texas is seeking a skilled Construction Attorney to join their Houston office. This law firm has a well-established reputation in construction law; this firm provides a dynamic and collaborative environment where attorneys can excel and deliver top-tier legal services to clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, mechanic's liens, and other related issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Offer strategic advice to clients on construction law matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 2-10 years of experience in construction litigation at a reputable law firm (preferred).
• Board certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Attorneys with an established book of business are encouraged to apply.
