I am woriking with a well positioned law firm in Houston, TX, that is searching for a Construction Attorney. This unique role blends transactional and litigation expertise to provide end-to-end legal support to clients in the construction industry. From contract negotiation to dispute resolution, you'll play a pivotal role in their success.

Construction Attorney Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Collaborate closely with construction industry clients, offering legal counsel.
• Handle contract negotiation, risk management, and project planning.
• Lead dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation when needed.
• Develop tailored legal strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Create budgets and project timelines to achieve client objectives.
• Licensed to practice law in TX.
• 2-10 years of construction law experience.
• Ability to thrive independently and in a fast-paced environment.
