Our client, a well-respected mid-sized law firm with a robust construction law practice, is seeking a Construction Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. What You Can Expect

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in construction-related litigation and arbitration, including contract disputes, defect claims, and insurance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and other project-related documents.
- Provide counsel on compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution in construction projects.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
- Assist with depositions, hearings, and trials as required
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of construction law experience, with exposure to litigation and transactional matters preferred.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the bar in Florida, with the ability to practice law in the jurisdiction.
- Strong analytical, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
