DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• A minimum of three years’ experience assisting the PM in overseeing all construction phases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in Procore and solid knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, scheduling, estimating, and safety practices.
• Site management coordination experience and demonstrated ability to interpret complex construction plans.
• Strong sense of urgency and GC experience to make an immediate impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Adept at handling essential office tasks to support the Project Manager.
