- Located in Haddonfield, NJ
- Contract-to-Permanent Opportunity
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (40 hours a week)
- Requires on-site work (no remote work)

Construction Administrator Job Responsibilities:
- Work along side the Vice President of Construction and Field Operations Manager to support construction activities, document control, project coordination and other duties as assigned for work around the New Jersey and Eastern PA Areas.
- Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and Township Building Departments as need to prepare building permits
- Prepare project binders for upcoming projects
- Schedule meetings as directed by the VP of Construction and Field Operations Manager
- Take meeting minutes and distribute as needed
- Obtain and file reports from 3rd party inspectors / partners
Construction Administrator Job Requirements:
- 3 years of experience performing administrative functions
- Familiarity in multi-family or commercial construction industry preferred
- Excellent time management and ability to self-direct
- Ability to effectively / professionally communicate internal and externally across multiple business levels and functions
- Must have valid driver's license and method of own transportation. Must have the ability and willingness to travel as required for the position. Will receive mileage reimbursement.
- Proficient in computer skills (must include MS Office products, word, excel, outlook, etc.)
