Company: Premier Home Improvements a family owned and operated provider of hurricane impact windows, doors, flooring, and roofing products to Homeowners.
Position: Construction Administrative Project Coordinator
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assist in answering questions from the homeowners during the process leading up to the installation. Coordinating responses from the different departments to update the homeowners.
• Schedule installation date with the homeowner.
• When scheduling the installation date with the homeowner, the PC will inform the homeowner of the expectations of the installation process and answer any questions the homeowner may have. If the homeowner has a question that the PC cannot answer, the PC will confirm with the Field Manager and return the homeowner's call to provide them with an answer.
• Send an email to the homeowner reiterating the installation instructions and expectations set via phone call.
• Once scheduled with the homeowner, coordinate with the corresponding Field Manager to have the Field Manager assigns the Installation Crew.
• During the installation the PC will communicate with the homeowner. The Field Manager will handle ALL communications with the Installer.
• The PC will handle all issues with the installation process with the homeowner once delivered, having to do with product. The field Manager will handle in-field installation issues with the Installer.
• PC will print all pictures for inspections the day before and leave them ready for pick up in the morning by the Installers.
• The PC will assist the accounting department in closing out the previous month of installations.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Sick & Personal Days: 2 Paid Days.
Vacation Time: 2 Paid Week of Vacation
