Job Details
Is your background a fit?
- We are looking for a candidate that has a background in the construction industry.
- Procore experience is a must.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
- Change Orders, Submittals, Letters of Intent.
- Contact Subcontractors for bids on work.
- Assembling and sending Closeout Binders.
- Inserting Plan Sheets.
- Handling a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical function of the office.
- Strong background with computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and project scheduling applications.
- Able to juggle multiple projects and reprioritize based on urgency.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
