OVERVIEW OF THE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:

• Administrative Assistant organizes daily/weekly department activities.
• Prepare high-volume purchase orders.
• Administrative Assistant works on subcontracts and change orders.
• Resolve issues with subcontractors and vendors revolving around invoicing and pay requests.
• Schedule meetings, faxing, and taking messages.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Products including (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Administrative Assistant must have the willingness to learn new software.
• A Admin Assistant with construction background is a MUST.
• College degree not required but preferred.

MaxSalary: USD46000
MinSalary: USD40000
