Construction Administrative Assistant/Payroll Assistant

Job duties including but not limited to:

• Assist Supervisors in creating estimates for client
• Assist Payroll department with weekly jobsite payroll
• Maintain daily timesheets for all employees on the jobsite
• Maintaining inventory of materials and supplies
• Requisitioning and tracking, shipping and receiving materials and supplies
• Compliance tracking and auditing (Drug Testing, Asbestos paperwork, etc.)
• Office and meeting area cleaning

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other computer operating systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, economic and critical thinking skills
• Self-motivated and have a strong commitment to personal and team safety
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• 1 year Administrative experience.

*** location is at a construction site. PPE like safety glasses and a hat will need to be worn.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
