DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter all confirmations submitted through general email same day by 4pm.
- Follow up on all purchase orders that are approved and do not have confirmation dates after 48 hours using system reporting and Excel.
- Reaching out to vendors regarding late deliveries we are receiving or going directly to the customer (past 48 hours) and updated
- Partner with IT to make sure all bugs are worked through, and system revisions happen as needed.
- Collaborate with suppliers for new dates for late material.
- Work with other internal departments for updated work order dates.
- Work with accounting for invoice requests through suppliers.
- Work with engineering for system and MSG engineering updates on late lines.
- Utilizing existing relationships to expediate orders with suppliers.
- Review open order report and communicate any changes or delays to internal supply chain and customer service team.
- Use of Microsoft Office daily to perform role responsibilities and tasks.
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit.
- Must have a Can Do Attitude.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required. Associate or bachelors degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service related environment (ex. Administrative, customer service, data entry, inside sales, technical sales, etc.)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented.
- Self-motivated
