About the Job
Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Configuration Management Analyst to join our team in the Crane, IN area. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Identify, document, and enhance the program-wide processes and written documentation for all items under configuration control.
+ Analyze the current system structure and organizational needs and identify the most appropriate and beneficial way to manage each component.
+ Managing the defined baseline and customer Configuration Management related requirements for programs/projects line.
+ Establishing, implementing and maintaining a Configuration Management Plan for the programs/product lines
Minimum Qualifications :
+ Associate degree in Business, Technical, or Scientific field, OR, a high school diploma and three (3) additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
+ Experience in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
+ Strong understanding of configuration management principles
+ Excellent technical documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in supporting a program based out of NSWC Crane
+ A minimum of (2) years of experience in a government setting
+ Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules
+ Proficiency in using relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Collaborate, ConstantView, SharePoint, One Pager, etc.)
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must have a current and active Secret security clearance or able to obtain and Interim
Physical Requirements:
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual
