Conference & Event Services Coordinator

Overview:
Provide consistent food and beverage service, event setup, and office maintenance to support conferences and functions. Ensure smooth delivery of services while maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down conference rooms and event spaces according to requirements
- Assemble and arrange conference equipment, food, and beverages
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and meeting rooms
- Manage conference calendar, greet clients, and assist with food preparation
- Maintain office cleanliness, including trash removal, dusting, and restocking
- Order and track inventory for food, supplies, and kitchen needs
- Provide general clerical support including sorting and distributing mail
- Ensure client satisfaction with excellent service and attention to detail
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of hospitality or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and office equipment knowledge
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver s license and insurance may be required
