POSITION SUMMARY
The Condition Monitoring Analyst analyzes and provides valuable information to help customers proactively manage their fleets for repair and maintenance. The analyst uses data from a combination of condition monitoring tools to give customers information to better plan, schedule, and correct issues in a manner to reduce emergency maintenance or unplanned downtime. The goal of this position is to qualify equipment alerts to provide value added customer service and increase product support sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and track qualified leads for dealer-wide sales personnel by identifying and communicating needed repairs and wear parts
- Utilize fluid analysis (oil, coolant and diesel fuel), preventive maintenance, daily inspection reports, site conditions, event and diagnostic codes to provide repair options to sales teams and/or customers
- Manage data from Condition Monitoring software tools to create leads for product support
- Oversee GPS and cellular telematics subscription administration for connected assets
- Analyze Oil sample, fault codes, Electronic Control Module downloads, PM inspection results
- Develop fleet reporting based on customer needs/requirements to include predictive failure data, component life predictions and pre-failure oil, coolant and diesel fuel analysis
- Establish and maintain customer equipment information in Unified Suites software
- Coordinate with Caterpillar and/or other Caterpillar Dealerships to resolve duplication or conflict of equipment information by universal customer identification
- Create and supply reports to customers pertaining to equipment utilization, improvement opportunities or areas of concern
- Collect and Manage Electronic Control Module downloads (Product Status Report) and PM inspection results from PM Lube Technicians
- Research and verify correct service intervals, Machine Hours, Machine Locations
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school or GED and two years technical training and/or related experience in heavy machinery, earthmoving equipment and other equipment fields, diagnostic troubleshooting utilizing computer based analytics and solutions.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a clean valid driver license and clean DMV report.

This position is mainly in an office setting. The Condition Monitor Analyst will be located in Pleasant Grove, CA and may occasionally travel to different locations. This position is day shift with occasional over-time required. The environment often demonstrates teamwork while having fun on the job.
COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $30 - $35 Hourly
Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
