Kimley-Horn is looking for a Business System Administrator for our Concur team to join us in our Reston, VA office. This is an in-office opportunity.
Responsibilities:The Concur Business System Administrator will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing various levels of support for the company’s business applications focused on SAP Concur Expense, Invoice, and Reporting and including AppZen and associated in house developed applications. We are looking for an individual who is a problem-solver that can effectively communicate with others at all levels of the organization. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Day to day maintenance and administration support for the Concur system to meet the business needs
- Collaborating with Accounts Payable and other business teams on system configuration changes/updates
- Trouble shooting and resolution user technical issues
- Managing and maintaining requested enhancements and system improvements
- Identifying process improvement opportunities driving the continuous improvement of our business systems to support initiatives
- Keeping current on the latest releases and implement updates
- Recommending innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks
- Creating and maintaining reports in Concur IBM Cognos
- 3+ years of SAP Concur experience
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Be a confident self-starter who pays close attention to detail while working in an engaging, fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
- Excellent customer service skills including initial contact through problem resolution
- Ability to work in teams, manage projects and multitask
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting functions
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and procedures in a complex business environment
- Concur Expense International experience a plus
