Job Summary: In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating multiple concrete crews. Your tasks will include overseeing the setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete for projects such as curbs, gutters, and flatwork. Effective communication with the crews, managers, and sub-contractors will be essential for ensuring efficient project execution and maintaining the high quality of our work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and interpret construction plans to facilitate seamless operations across multiple crews.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and enforce safety policies and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Engage in daily communications with managers, sub-contractors, and Project Managers to ensure smooth coordination.
• Manage multiple concrete crews, ensuring adherence to Asphalt Contractors' high-quality standards consistently.
• Demonstrate dedication by working the necessary hours to complete projects in a timely manner while upholding top-notch quality.

Job Qualifications:

• Bilingual a plus.
• Previous experience as a concrete superintendent, foreman, or operator is preferred, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
• Experience overseeing curb and gutter work is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments, showcasing your adaptability.
• Willingness to work overtime when required, indicating your commitment to excellence.
• Strong work ethic, reflecting your dedication to producing outstanding results.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, enabling you to contribute effectively to our operations.
