✔ Hands-On Learning: Prepare test samples, operate lab equipment, and collect specimens in lab and field settings.
✔ Testing & Calibration: Gain practical experience with ASTM and AASHTO standards while working with cutting-edge tools.
✔ Team Collaboration: Work alongside industry professionals to ensure high-quality product delivery.
✔ Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining lab inventory and ensuring tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
✔ Safety & Cleanliness: Learn how to maintain a safe, organized work environment in line with OSHA standards.

Education: Currently enrolled in a Concrete Industry Management program or related field.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Ready-mix manufacturing design and processes is a plus but not required.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to learn and apply testing standards.
Mindset: A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to take on challenges.
