Join a growing team of concrete construction professionals. Our client in search of an experienced Field Operations Manager to expand and lead their concrete pumping business.  The qualified candidate must be willing to relocate to beautiful Alaska!

Qualifications:

                • 5+ years concrete pumping experience

                • 4+ years field supervisory experience.

                • Class A CDL required.

                • Equipment-operating experience required.

                • Operation of loop belt conveyor equipment is a plus.

                • Ability to schedule jobs utilizing computer software.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

                • Manages complex concrete pumping projects from start to finish.

                •Responsible for management, scheduling, productivity, quality, safety and compliance on

                projects.

                • Identifies, understands, and actively manages project risks.

                • Develops and maintains customer relationships.

                • Identifies problems and recommends/implements solutions.

                • Coordinates efficient material & equipment schedules 

                • Provides personnel training & development

                • Tracks and monitors project budget and costs using project management system.

                • Performs special projects.

                • Skillfully operates a variety of pumps, including system set-ups and clean-outs.

                • Performs and/or delegates basic pump repairs, maintenance, and cleaning.

• Proven leadership capability.

• Ability to manage budgets, maximize profitability and generate future work.

• Ability to analyze and organize significant amounts of information.

• Strong computer skills.

• Clear and effective communication skills.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to service/perform basic mechanics.

• A non-reactive, positive demeanor.

• Physical balance and dexterity to maneuver around a construction site and pump truck in all     weather conditions, lift and carry pipes and clamps (up to 75 pounds in an overhead position),      ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Tolerance to all-season outdoor work.
