Job Details
Please apply in you meet the follow requirements:
- Have good knowledge and understanding of blue prints
- Have knowledge of building technique’s as it relates to concrete foundations, stem walls, floor slabs, retaining walls, drive ways, aprons, curbing, etc.
- Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with General Contractors, Suppliers, Architects, and customers
- Ability to work with our foremen on job projects
- Must have good time management skills to meet needed deadlines
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Knowledge of PlanSwift software a plus - used to take off quantities for bid proposals
- Ability to handle material submittals, including concrete mix designs, rebar, etc., as it relates to projects
- Experience with job walks
