Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a professional and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator for Breakers Row II. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in all day-to-day aspects of the Two North Breakers Row Condominium Association. You will work closely with the Property Manager, residents, and outside vendors to ensure smooth operations and maintain a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations and other team members as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between residents and key condominium staff, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
- Handle incoming inquiries from residents, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise, escalating them as necessary.
- Manage and maintain the association's database and filing systems, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as required.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required.
