Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Director of Resident Experience:

• Previous Experience as a Director of Resident Experience preferred
• The concierge will serve as the initial primary personal contact for guests arriving at our Rehabilitation Unit
• The person must have comprehensive knowledge of the health care center's services, locations and key resources available to assist any guest
• The concierge will work closely with clinical, administrative and activities personnel to make the flow from initial entry to final clinical destination as smooth as possible
