POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Concierge Agent at Gather Vacations, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring their every need is met with exceptional service and attention to detail. In this role, you will work closely with our Concierge Services team to coordinate personalized in-home services, transportation, and activity bookings that enhance each guest's experience. Your expert knowledge of Hawaii's local attractions, dining, beaches, and unique experiences will be invaluable in providing tailored recommendations to our guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is committed to delivering unparalleled guest service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests, ensuring all are meticulously documented, processed, and fulfilled.
- Support the Concierge Services team by engaging proactively with guests, property managers, and vendors to coordinate personalized in-home and transportation services, including private chefs, massage appointments, airport shuttles, and more.
- Facilitate activity bookings—like air, water, and land tours—adding value to each guest's experience.
- Offer expert recommendations on local attractions, dining, beaches, and unique experiences.
- Collaborate with teams across Gather Vacations, such as Property Management, Reservations, Customer Service, and Housekeeping, to support guest needs and streamline workflows.
- Recognize and resolve complex situations, bringing challenges to the attention of property managers when needed.
- Contribute to workflow improvements and maintain up-to-date documentation on services, pricing, and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum one year of experience in hospitality, concierge, or guest services required.
- Familiarity with industry tech such as HubSpot, Track, Google Suite, and Slack is a plus.
- Remote work experience preferred, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Hawaii tourism and local attractions is highly desirable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: Hourly, $22 - $24
