Computer Lab (SIPR) Coordinator from CALIBRE Systems, Inc.

_{CALIBRE is an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Solutions Company, looking for a qualified individual to serve as Computer Lab (SIPR) Coordinator at the Army Force Management School (AFMS). The primary function of the job is to maintain the accreditation of the Computer Lab (SIPR) Room (rated for Secret classification), coordinate use of the facility by authorized users, enforce Army policies and regulations on handling classified information and other issues that may impact on the school.  Additionally, the position requires knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and Information Assurance (IA) in support of AFMS.}

_{The Computer Lab (SIPR) Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to:}  

• _{Perform duties as the organization’s Information Assurance / Security Officer (IA/SO)}
• _{Operate and maintain the Computer Lab (SIPR) Room (opening, closing and operating classified information systems)}
• _{Coordinate and maintain Computer Lab (SIPR) Room accreditation IAW DoD, Army and Fort Belvoir policies and procedures}
• _{Maintain SIPR accreditation and certification documentation up to date}
• _{Maintain current status on all SIPR workstations, report inoperative systems to the supervisor}
• _{Coordinate computer support with onsite IT Help Desk and the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) for all SIPR Room computers}
• _{Prepare work order requests for issues dealing with SIPR network}
• _{Write and maintain assigned chapters/sections for the AFMS Admin Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) for SIPR Room and overall facilities.}
• _{Prepare reports and briefings as required.}
• _{Places tickets in the NEC’s Service Now System when required}
• _{Coordinates IA required training for all contractors assigned to this contract}
• _{Maintains the Tenant Security Plan (TSP) both NIPR and SIPR}
• _{Prepare, follow and account for DD Forms 2875s to enable new or existing personnel selected privileges on the installation’s network.}
• _{Perform duties as the Information Management Officer (IMO) Coordinator}

• _{Must be a US Citizen.}
• _{Must possess and maintain a SECRET security clearance.}
• _{Three-to-five years’ experience in support of military sector}
• _{Three-to-five years’ experience working customer service in an organization (corporate or military)}
• _{Knowledgeable and experienced in handling IT systems (Security + certification desired)}
• _{Must be able and willing to plan, coordinate, integrate, and prepare staffing actions at the high-quality standard.} 
• _{Ability to work in team settings, communicate, and collaborate with multiple organizations.}
• _{Excellent oral communications skills.}
• _{Excellent written communications skills with the ability to write reports and briefings.}
