What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Inspire

  Oversee the compounding team, guiding them to meet critical safety, quality, and production standards.

  Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance batch cycle times, equipment utilization, and cost efficiency.

  Work with Production, Quality, and Project teams to ensure flawless execution of production schedules, pilots, and trials.
