About the Job
Seeking a Liquid Compounder that will produce dry blend flavors in blenders safely and accordance with GMP rules.
Follows all safety requirements; works in a safe manner; ensures coworkers safety.
The essential duties of the position will include but not be limited to:
Follow production schedule, review orders report priority sequence deviation to the Planning Manager
Select the appropriate blender based on the batch size.
According to the formula, pick the required raw materials from the raw material warehouse
Accurately and according to the formula, weight out the amount of raw materials.
Scan the raw materials using the barcode scanner, assuring lot number and quantity accuracy.
Stage the raw materials by positioning the raw materials for loading into blender. Use lift table on the large blenders. Forklift operation required.
According the manufacturing instruction, add the raw material into the blender, mix appropriately, pay special attention to plating. Lab analysis may be required on some batches in process.
Select the sifter screen specified by the formula, pack out the powder, assuring accurate weight through the sifter screen, and affix the specified labels and Palletize.
Fully fill out the production documents with initials.
Collect the required samples according to the work order instructions.
Following lock-out tag-out and sanitizing procedures clean and sanitize the equipment and room.
Report any deviation from procedures to the Plant Manager
Follow GMP, safety guidelines and procedures.
Other duties as required.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1-3 months related experience and/or training
RF Scanner knowledge is preferred
Pre-Employment Screening: Drug screen and background check required.
