Job Description: Composites Customer Engineer:

Location: Anaheim, California (Hybrid):

• Develop new composite materials and manufacturing to the market and customer needs.
• Develop new opportunities coupling material, process, and part design.
• Principal technical interface with our customers.
  
• Guide future product and process development.
• Promote our technologies and Products to potential clientele.
• Materials and process selections for new applications
• Lead and support projects.
• Work with thermoplastics, adhesives, primers, and surfacing films.
• Provide support to major aerospace OEM and subcontractors.
  
• Advise customers on processing and capabilities of our products.
  
• Help achieve technical and business objectives.
• Identify potential new applications in capturing new business, on our aerospace platforms.
• Customer site audits and visits, leading where required.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree - relevant Engineering or Material Science discipline.
• Master’s or PhD degree is a plus
• Knowledge of aerospace composite part fabrication.
• Experience resolving product and process capability issues in composite part Applications.
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated work experience in composites.
• A good understanding of the aerospace industry: suppliers, programs, statistical process, etc.

Compensation:

• $90,000 to $115,600 Base salary. May pay more than the posted salary range.
• Includes bonus and other incentives.
