Compliance Manager - Apparel - FAM Brands

Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable in reading audit reports & uploading the docs in Centric.
• Monitor factory’s compliance & FE performance and follow ups on CAPA.
• Work proactively to plan the daily work week.
• Cotton traceability document collection and collaborate with production
• Monitor and update audit standards
• Liaison between vendors, factories and customers
• Capable in vetting new facilities
• Maintaining FSC certificates validity annually
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' compliance experience. Strong sense of responsibility.
• Experiences in compliance and Factory Evaluation process and standard. Especially for factories of active wear, sportswear and casual wear. US market experience is preferred.
• Well versed and experienced in coaching vendors & factories to write CAPA.
• Strong communication skills. Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Able to work under pressure, well organized individually, self-motivated, detail-minded, flexible, efficient, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills and able to meet the deadlines.
