Compliance Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and direction for health care compliance programs, policies, and initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to promote ethical conduct, integrity, and accountability across the organization.

Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local regulations, guidelines, and laws related to health care compliance, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse regulations.

Risk Assessment: Conduct compliance risk assessments, audits, and investigations to identify compliance gaps, risks, and areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans as needed.

Education and Training: Provide education, training, and guidance to staff, management, and stakeholders on compliance issues, requirements, and best practices to foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.

Reporting and Monitoring: Establish reporting mechanisms, metrics, and monitoring systems to track compliance activities, incidents, and outcomes, and report findings to senior leadership and regulatory authorities as required.
Education + Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Care Administration, Compliance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 of experience in health care compliance, regulatory affairs, or related field, with experience in a hospital or health care setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of health care laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive compliance initiatives.
