Overview:
As a vital part of our fast-paced estimating team, the Compliance Coordinator will play a critical role in driving our general engineering and heavy civil construction company forward. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance across all project-related processes, including certified payroll processing, contract compliance tracking, and management of project expenses. Key Responsibilities:

Process and maintain certified payroll and union payroll processing.
Track and ensure compliance with contract requirements and project-related expenses.
Serve as the central point for all compliance-related inquiries, maintaining and disseminating compliance requirements to the team.
Coordinate closely with the assistant controller and other team members to ensure timely processing of documentation and payments.
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to meet crucial deadlines.
Contribute to the team’s efforts to launch project start-up functions effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience in payroll processing and compliance tracking.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Dependable, consistent, and accountable with a strong sense of responsibility.
