Responsibilities
- Ensure supplier compliance files are maintained. This includes all regulatory requirements
- Develop status report for all suppliers that includes expiration dates and specific gaps that are needed to complete each companies status related to our requirements.
- Manage the supplier claim process, including working directly with suppliers to close the loop on all claims. This includes the financial loop as well as issues resolution.
- Develop status reports for all claims.
- Flexibility to take on more responsibilities and duties as we evolve and grow our team and the business
- Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
- Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support Operations and ultimately our external customers
- Project Management
- Ability to adapt, troubleshoot, research solutions, and make recommendations to improve work efficiencies
- Must observe all safety rules and wear all safety equipment provided or required by the company
Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to solve practical problems and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- High School Diploma (or the equivalent) and ideally a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years related experience
- Must possess and have demonstrated strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
- Must have strong project management skills: ability to build working relationship with team, solve problems, and keep accurate records.
- Has strong reasoning abilities and demonstrates sound judgment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and meet deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated, comfortable, and even thrive in an ever-changing environment.
- Is able to begin with the end in mind and then focus on and drive continuous improvement to achieve short and long term objectives.
- Focuses on bringing solutions to addressing and root-causing the problem (vs focusing on the problem itself).
- Brings meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to read and interpret standard operations-centric documents and supplier agreements.
- Ability to write routine reports.
