Position Summary | The Earth Data Analysis Center (EDAC) at the University of New Mexico (UNM) is currently looking for a full-time Compliance Assistant who possesses strong motivation, attention to detail, and organizational skills to join the UNM Traffic Safety Center (UNM TSC), which is a collaboration with the New Mexico Department of Transportations Traffic Safety Division. The primary mission of the UNM TSC is to implement programs focusing on Driver Education, Driver Safety Education, Traffic Safety, and Ignition Interlock technologies, all aimed at ensuring the safety of New Mexico's roads. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Assists in conductinginvestigations of compliance claims of varying complexities and assists inpreparing letters of determination of complaints with conclusions. |

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
