Job Summary:
Join us! Supermicro has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The role of the Compliance Analyst will report to the Director of Compliance and will assist in a broad range of Company's various compliance initiatives, including but not limited to the Company's policy enforcement and training, the whistleblower hotline, internal investigation activities, ESG programs, and customer support in corporate compliance. This position is perfect for a versatile candidate to be exposed to many aspects of corporate compliance and be a part of a dynamic team. This position will be based at our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist company-wide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
- Assist in advising internal management or business partners on the implementation or operation of compliance programs.
- Collaborate with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
- Assist to manage the sub-certification process for company financial reporting.
- Assist in conducting the internal investigation of compliance issues reported to the whistleblower hotline.
- Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities. Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
- Assist in establishment and maintenance of various Company's ESG programs and initiatives.
- Become a resource for the company on compliance related topics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, and preferably either a CPA, MBA or JD certification.
- Minimum 2 years of Finance, Audit, Compliance, or Legal consulting experience and/or experience in leading compliance and assessments at a Company.
- Experience with SAP, Workiva, Navex Global or other Compliance tools helpful to the role
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong communication, engagement and influencing skills. Work effectively with department managers, supervisors and employees involvedwith prevention efforts.
- Strong multitasking and delegation skills; able to create and see a cross-functional workplan to completion. Be able to multi-task and readjust priorities, as dictated by Senior Management.
- A passionate desire to learn, grow and develop in a constantly changing and fast-paced work environment.
Salary Range
$75,000 - $85,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
