About the Job
Duties:
· Computer skills (MS suite), Proficient in MS Excel to include experience with pivot tables and V-Lookups, proficient in Powerpoint.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Candidate must have strong organizational and analytical skills and flexibility to manage multiple business priorities concurrently with minimal/no supervision.
· Ability to learn systems and processes rapidly.
· Experience with SAP a plus.
· Previous compliance experience in Pharmaceutical company preferred.
Education:
Bachelors' degree.
- Conduct quality assessment of Health Care Provider (HCP) spend data for completeness and accuracy with company policy/procedures.
- Review spend reports from ClearView aggregate spend system and verify accuracy prior to posting on external website or submitting to state government agencies.
- Work with IT Business partners to resolve any data issues identified during QA of the reports. Assist with document management and maintain supporting spend documents via company network/share room.
