Key Responsibilities:
•    Providing internal customer service to business units supported by the compliance team dedicated to the futures commission merchant.  
•    Aiding and supporting the compliance department in overseeing customer accounts and introducing broker relationships.  
•    Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.  
•    Reviewing and approving promotional materials to ensure compliance.  
•    Aiding in the ongoing compliance monitoring of customer accounts and trading activities.  
•    Offering insights and ideas while assisting with strategic projects and initiatives.  
•    Collaborating with departments such as Risk Management, Operations, and Accounting to direct compliance issues to the appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.  
•    Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.  
•    Managing and prioritizing inbound inquiries for the department.  
•    Conducting research, interpreting, and disseminating information on compliance regulations.  
•    Working independently while managing multiple tasks and solving problems effectively.  
•    Maintaining prompt and regular attendance.
Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in finance or compliance.
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience in new accounts or compliance, preferably with an FCM or IB.
•    Strong knowledge of CFTC, NFA, and exchange rules and regulations.
•    Proven ability to manage challenging issues and work effectively with people.
•    Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Proficiency with Google Docs is a plus.
