Compliance Analyst Compensation
- The pay for this position is $32-35 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Compliance Analyst Responsibilities
- CVS has an exciting opportunity as a Sr. Analyst in the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) rotational program.
- This role will rotate through different areas of the Compliance COE to support audit or reporting activities.
- The role with compliance monitoring and auditing consists of the execution of assigned compliance monitoring activities supporting the team's monitoring and auditing plan of PBM Mail, Specialty Pharmacy, Omnicare, Coram, Healthspire and new lines of business.
- The role with the Regulatory Reporting program will consist of supporting the State Reporting and/or APCD project activities to ensure timely submission of reports by required deadlines.
- As this role rotates to support different Compliance COE areas and business segments, it will build a strong network across teams and identify opportunities to standardize and modernize our processes.
Compliance Analyst Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years prior experience in a relevant field such as compliance, quality assurance, regulatory reporting, audit or related
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to accuracy and compliance in reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and establish trust within new networks.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and respond proactively to new or amended requirements.
- Familiarity with process optimization methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Quickbase), to analyze and interpret data
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
