Boutique Chicago law firm is seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney to join their team.  Hybrid work environment after 90-day onsite training.  Motivated self-starters with strong communication skills will thrive in this collegial work environment!

Background qualifications:

• Civil Defense
• Insurance Coverage Litigation including:
  • Defense of claims in the areas of construction, property and casualty, serious personal injury, wrongful death
  • 3-7 years’ experience in Civil Litigation
  • Independently handle substantive legal matters such as:
    • Writing coverage opinions
    • Taking/defending party & expert depositions
    • Drafting/arguing dispositive motions
    • Trial preparation

Compensation:

125k – 140k DOE

Discretionary bonus structure
