As our CI Manager you will collect, curate and communicate actionable intelligence about competitors, market trends, and industry developments across the organization.
This position requires strong research & analytical skills, written communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
The CI Manager will act as the subject matter expert on the competitive landscape and help the organization stay ahead of market shifts and competitor activities.The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $122,500 and up to $153,000.
Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.In this role, you can expect toBecome and act as an internal subject matter expert on Chime Enterprise’s competitive landscape, researching each of our competitors’ business models, product offerings, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approachesWork closely with cross-functional sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that competitive insights are integrated into decision-making processesCreate comparative frameworks & enablement modules communicating the value proposition of Chime Enterprise’s offerings relative to its competitorsGather insights & intel from public sources like news reports, public filings and industry publications, as well as private sources like expert interviews and intelligence shared with our sales representatives by customersMonitor new industry & competitor developments, including product launches, partnerships, acquisitions, and leadership changesDevelop actionable recommendations for business leaders to inform strategy, product development, and market positioningCreate sales battlecards, intelligence repositories, and cross-functional reportsTo thrive in this role, you have 3-7 years of experience in strategy, CI, market research and/or product marketing rolesExperience in fast-paced start-ups, technology, and/or consulting companiesA strong interest in innovative product categoriesStrong critical thinking & analytical skillsStrong communication skills, especially written communication skillsA little about usAt Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress.
