Experience managing annual compensation processes
Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations
System implementation experience
Adept at job pricing/market benchmarking practices, and US compliance practices (FLSA, OFCCP, etc.)
Flexible approach, adaptable to change, and team player
Experience managing and building executive compensation packages
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree Required
6 - 9 years of direct experience in compensation required
7 - 11years of direct experience in compensation and benefits preferred
1 - 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
Certified Compensation Professional preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
Stand/walk
